Answers: 

1) PV Sindhu - PV Sindhu became the only female sportsperson from India, to win two successive Olympics medals – silver at Rio 2016 and bronze in Tokyo 2020. Over the course of her career, Sindhu has won medals at multiple tournaments including Olympics and on the BWF circuit including gold at the 2019 World Championships. She is the first Indian to become the Badminton World Champion and only the second individual athlete from India to win two consecutive medals at the Olympic Games. 

2) Afghanistan - Afghanistan has signed a new agreement with Tajikistan’s “Tajik Electricity” company for the extension of the import of electricity for the next year.

As per recent reports, Afghanistan needs 850 megawatts of electricity per year. Afghanistan imports 620 megawatts from Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Iran.While, 230 megawatts are supplied from domestic sources. 

3) 2020 - The Transgender Persons (Protection of Rights) Act, 2019 came into effect from January 2020. The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) has asked prison authorities to make separate facilities for trans men and trans women to preserve the right to privacy and dignity of the inmates. 

4) PV Narasimha Rao - The set of reforms introduced and implemented in India in the July 1991 for a major macroeconomic stabilization and structural adjustment in Indian economy is called as the 1991 reforms.

It was undertaken when PV Narasimha Rao was the Prime Minister of the country. 

5) Russia - Russia has developed and unveiled its Tu-160M strategic bomber also known as White Swan. Recently, the debut flight of the bomber was conducted successfully.
